In March 2020, as the world slowed to a halt, and businesses everywhere were forced to close their doors, a small group of chefs and industry advocates gathered to figure out how to save their beloved industry. Since then, the IRC  has grown to a movement over 100k strong. Entirely through the generosity of donors, we’ve been able to build a coalition of members that continually contribute immeasurable amounts of time, ideas, feedback, and activated a monumental grassroots advocacy effort that led to the creation of the Restaurant Revitalization fund.
